24-bit DSP powered Maximizer/Enhancer. Variable band-split compression. Built-in Denoiser and Exciter.

Behringer DSP1424P Ultramizer Pro
The Ultramizer Pro DSP1424P confers the added value of 24-bit resolution to the already hugely popular Ultramizer Pro DSP1400P, plus much more. Its powerful new DSP engine lets you add multi-band, program-adaptive compression and limiting for both low and high frequencies while at the same time remaining absolutely 'inaudible'. No matter if you want to increase the loudness of your mastering recording or double the loudness of your PA system without adding more amplifier power, the DSP1424P is the perfect tool. A peak limiter protects against any clipping and dangerous sound pressure levels and the built-in 3D stereo surround processor provides unbelievable spatial enhancement and improved stereo imaging, giving your mixes that often sought-after extra 'gloss', while the noise reduction system keeps things clean. Despite the sheer scope of added functions and improved functionality, the DSP1424P is still super easy to use and operate, letting nothing come between you and your music.

I think the ultramizer and I will be working together for a long time. If stolen I would most like purchase a new one.
Sound
I was shocked when I heard my recordings play back. I had this machine connected to my behringer mixer and let me tell you. For the prices behringer sales their products for is unheard of for this kind of quality. I used to use Sonar 6 producers edition with the usb sonar power 250 wich retails for at least $700. I no longer have use for it now thanks to behringer products. With just the mixer, ultramizer, and sonar recording software my home studio sounds like a $100,000 studio.
Features
So far as features go I only tried one function so far and that was the ultramize button set to about +32db and I was happy with that. I will try different setting though.
Ease of Use
It was too easy. Once you have all the ins and outs going to and from what ever device your trying to enhance all the rest is common sense.
Quality
This device shouldn't be hard to transport at all it's light weight and very strong and sturdy. If you take real good care of it I see a lifetime life span on this thing.
Value
This product does way more than it's worth.
Manufacturer Support
No problems so far.
The Wow Factor
I love the look of it. Being that I have a behringer mixer it matches perfect in my studio.
