True to the highly-sought after originals from the 70s and 80s, its neck-thru construction gives it the solid feel & singing sustain you just can't get with a bolt-on. Plus, it really looks the part, with its flame maple top & rosewood neck stringers. With Duncan Designed HB102 pickups, a 3-way pickup selector, two volumes and one tone, you'll have all of the tonal versatility you'll ever need to replicate vintage crunch, modern high-gain, and everything in between. Add a vintage-style Quad hard tail bridge, ebony fingerboard, and Grover tuning machines, and you've got a true player's guitar.

Although this is a "beautiful guitar",I did not purchase it for that reason.I researched the build quality thoroughly and that,along with the neck through design were key factors in my decision to purchase this guitar.The varied control setup is great,if like me,you are constantky trying out different and new tones for varied styles of playing.I am still discovering new sounds with this guitar.To sum it up,a great guitarand I do have to confess,it really looks good.Guitar set up better than any I have ever purchased.Not a thing I could tweak out.
