These headphones are pretty impressive.
Sound
In the beginning the sound kind of had a muffled sound to it. Lows were pretty good from the start, not to over powering. The mids did lacked a bit and highs were very clear. I read the instructions which said to break in the cans for about 24hrs of low to mid volume levels. After I ran them for 24hrs straight they really did open up a bit more. Mids came through allot better and the lowes evened out more. It could be all placebo but they did sound better to my ears afterwards. I generally DJ and produce hiphop or house music and I would probably not use these to DJ with. Not because there not great sounding for DJ'ing but because they don't fold away like other headphones. So it would be a pain to take with and they didn't come with a bag like the older TMA-1 version did. I know everone loves beats head phones but these do blow them out the water by a mile. The beats pro editions maybe come close to these.
Features
All the components are removable from the headband to the cans etc. This make repairing a part way less complicated if something does fail over time etc.
Quality
The headphones are made of a sturdy flexible plastic which has a matted textured. The ear padding/under the headband are made of memory foam and is a nice cloth material which makes it comfy to wear for hours, Main cable is made of a woven martial and is coiled so it wont tangle. .
