The Remo Standard Buffalo Drum is inspired by the indigenous cultures of the Americas. Equipped with a rope handle and a single mallet. The Remo Standard Buffalo Drum is manufactured with Remo's Fiberskyn drumheads and patented Acousticon drum shells for enhanced durability in any environment.
Producing the same tonal characteristics found on traditional wood shell drums, the standard Buffalo Drums feature excellent projection and enhanced low-pitched fundamentals.

i have the 16 inch version....nice sound with the mallet. deep loud bass the bigger the drum, will be ordering the 14 inch drum for a higher tone and pitch very soon. built like a tank and would be weather proof in rain....the shell is a plastic like resin, built to last. and i have seen prices for these drums elsewhere, and its a great value. i may get the whole set eventually. perfect for a drum circle they would be..great to make good beats on even if you are not an experienced drummer such as myself.

28 years, acoustic guitar, native american flute, some hand drums for fun.
