I did a lot of review reading on this product and the consensus was that it was marginally second only to the Taylor Baby. In my survey I didn't find another competitor that had the Luna quality. There were a few negative reviews that addressed quality control items that Luna apparently corrected. I purchased it from ZZounds as they had the most competitive package. The guitar arrived promptly in central Texas, well packaged without damage. The ends of all the frets were properly beveled and the string height is fine as is. The guitar, even with the installed strings, only required some adjustment the first two days. The strings are phosphorus bronze .012-,053 which is borderline light. Testing with a Snark electronic tuner the pitch was exactly correct at the octave. The guitar has good projection and resonance that should improve as it is played. My brother who teaches guitar was really impressed with it. It is a quality practice or beginning guitar. It is ready to go out of the box.I am planning on ordering more items from ZZounds as the company did and excellent job. I am very pleased with the Luna Safari and ZZounds. I am not rating Manufacturer support because I haven't had need of it.
